Birdhouses
I found this wonderful free tutortial on bird houses, so simple and so cute. I had the day off from work, so after doing all the things I needed to do, I went and played in the craft room. The address below is where I found the directions

Reminds me of Spring. Think I will hang them up at work for awhile.
Happy stamping,

March playday
Embossed " Secret Garden" CardStep 1 cut a top note die out of crumb cake card stock
Cut off left side in straight cut
Step 2
Stamp flowers with embossing ink and spread the white embossing powder on all of them, heat emboss.
Step 3
Now take your craft white inkpad and your wet aqua brush. Make sure bush is not to wet. And color inside the petals of all flowers.
Step 4
Clean brush and get down your midnight muse inkpad and again using a damp brush start coloring over each petal of each flower. After heat setting go back with the midnight muse marker to give each flower some depth.
Using a mask over the flowers , stamp in some leaves using gumball green.
Base card 5 ½" x 4 ¼" of midnight muse cardstock
2nd layer 5 ¼" x 4" designer paper in midnight muse.
3rd layer you finished to note embossed piece. Add ribbon and sentiment.
Friend to friend or Mother’s Day CardBase card of rose red 5 ½" x 41/4"
2nd layer a piece of crumb cake cardstock 5 ¼" x 4". I then took the Lacy Brocade embossing folder and inked it up with soft suede and ran it thru the big shot.
I added a 3" oval made with newsprint designer paper.
Dye 5 of the Flower trim rosettes (from the Spring Catty) I dyed mine rose red. Blow dry and when dry add accent edges and center using rose red marker. I then glued them on the oval with glue dots.
Place a rose red punched curly label on right edge of oval and place a ribbon made with antique brad as center in middle of label. Stamp a sentiment using rose red on cream, punch out using the word window punch.
3 flap card
A single piece measuring 5 ½" by 4 ¼" cardstock (Lime Green Piece)
Calypso Coral cardstock measuring 5 ¼" by 4 " scored at 2 " x 6 "
Cut 2 strips lucky limeade 3 ¼" x 1 ½" and 1 strip 3" x 1 ¾"
Using crumb cake cardstock cut 2 strips 3" x 1 ¼" and 1 strip 2 7/8" x 1 ½"
Stamp design on the 3" x 1 ¼ " using soft suede inkpad
Stamp the sentiment on the 2 7/8" x 1 ½" then mount on the lime green strip
Assemble the card by layering the bi folded card on to the single piece of lime green.
Add the first decorated strip to very left side of card, DO NOT GLUE whole piece.
Glue down the Sentiment and widest strip to the bottom of card on the left side, do not glue whole strip
The last strip is glued to the right side of card , do not glue whole strip

On the natural white paper I stamped 2 fish and the shell. Fussy cut them out. I then glued one fish flat and popped up the second fish with pop dots.
Across the bottom I placed about 5 inches of crumb cake ribbon pleated placed a button in the center and on the left hand side popped up the shell.
